Question #1 - I want to be invoiced and not pay using a credit card. How do I place an order without entering credit card information?
For security reasons, we require guests to enter credit card information to place an order on the website. However, if you would like to use a PO number, simply create an account with us, then select "Open Account" at check out and enter the PO number in the box provided.
Question #2 - My order is tax exempt, how do I apply tax exemption to my order?
At checkout, please select the "This Purchase is Tax Exempt" box under the "Additional Information" section. We ask that you then fax verification of your tax exemption status to us at: 712-224-3332.
Question #3 - My proof for a custom order proof does not match the information I entered, will it still print correctly?
Occasionally proofs may appear with the incorrect color or with the incorrect information due to an internal glitch. Don’t worry – we will print your piece exactly like you want it! Submit the order like usual and then give us a call at 844-224-3338 to discuss your concerns. We will be happy to send you a revised proof that matches your order exactly.
